In 2026, Bill will shoot his film, Born Losers, which he will direct, co-write, produce and star in. Bill’s eighth hour-long stand-up special, Bill Burr: Drop Dead Years, was nominated for two Emmy Awards and premiered on Hulu on March 14, 2025. The streaming album, Drop Dead Years, was released on August 1 and earned Bill his second Grammy nomination. Bill received rave reviews in his Broadway debut starring alongside Kieran Culkin and Bob Odenkirk in David Mamet’s Glengarry Glen Ross, which ran from March through June, 2025. Bill’s film, Old Dads, which he directed, co-wrote and stars in, premiered in October 2023 as the most-watched film on Netflix in its first and second week of release.
